About Our Classes
Move & Play
Kids will have the opportunity to find body awareness and space awareness as we move and play, learning the silly names of different poses (downward dog??? cow?!!!) and get creative with our own interpretation of symbology. There are no wrong poses and all children are welcome to explore with us.
