We meet on a monthly basis, weather permitting. Any changes will be updated here for cancelations. All classes are FREE! But please bring a yoga mat or towel of your own.

Classes are ~35 minutes.
Care-takers must remain present throughout the duration of the class and are welcome to practice with us if desired.
